All Down the Line
Grisly is playing a block party but this is my next public show. I've never been to Nica's and David & I have a couple new songs in the works, so it will be a nigh of firsts. Grisly's next public show is October 17th at The Riot Room with Hudson Falcons and Clearway 51. Clearway 51 is Ben Summers & Chas Snyder's new band. Lifetime Grislies doin' psychedelic thangs. I'm excited. That same night the RR plays hosts to "Booty Jamz" so you can step out to the patio for a whole 'nother kind of party. I'm going to see Ben Folds Five tonight at Starlight. MEMORIEZ.

this year isn't starting out that well, but it feels like a bad morning when you don't want to adopt that shitty attitude and fuck the rest of the day over. it feels like that but it's hard to be positive. i feel very helpless and aware of all of our powerlessness which can be good somehow i know, but in this instance, not yet, not now. i just want to hug her. i want to pray to candyland jesus on marshmallow clouds to listen to just me and see that my problems are more important than millions and millions of people's problems. i want to believe the world is fair. i want to ( i say this all the time ) get back to keeping this blog as a music blog. i miss writing reviews and pretending anyone likes to read about music. here's an update on 2012 plans Jan 19th - 10 a.m. 89.3 KCUR: Grisly Hand on Central Standard **also David's flight gets in, pickin' him up and it's Jimbo's 30th birthday.
